Our cancellation policy
At K&E pristine cleaning, we understand that plans can change. To reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service charge. For same-day cancellations, the full 100% of the service fee will be charged. We always do our best to work with our clients and appreciate your understanding.

Payment terms and options
For your convenience, payment for K&E pristine cleaning services is invoiced after the service has been completed. Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Our bank details will be clearly provided on the invoice for direct transfers. Should you prefer to pay with cash, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. We strive to make our payment process as straightforward as our cleaning services.
